Photo Specifications
1. Photos must be in digital format and submitted with this form.
2. Photos must be submitted in jpeg format. Please provide the largest file size possible.
3. Low resolution poor quality images will not be considered.
4. Photos with date marks, watermarks, logos, signatures or copyright notices are not suitable.
Photo Management:
1. By submitting photos, you grant the MHAA the non-exclusive right to use, display, repoduce, publish, transmit and distribute your photograph via promotional materials produced by the MHAA.
2. Photographers retain the right to use the submitted photos.
3. When possible, the MHAA will credit the photographer when his/her photo is used. It is unlikely that photographers will be notified prior to photo usage.
4. MHAA reserves the right to crop and/or resize photos if necessary.
5. If the submitted photo is not an original work created soley by you, and /or you are not the sole owner of all rights, title and interest in and to your photo, you must supply a release form from the photographer of the photo. Upload box is provided below for photos this applies to.

1. Only photos of registered Purebred and Partbred Morgans will be considered.
2. Photos and accompaning forms are to be emailed to: [email protected] if not able to be submitted here.
3. The submission of photos automatically constitutes the Member's acceptance of all the conditions set forth on this form.
4. This form must be completed and signed in order for a photo to be considered.
5. One form per photo to be completed.
6. If the photo contains a readily identifieable person as a subject, the person submitting must supply the person's name, address or email address or phone number on this form.
7. If a subject in the photo is a minor, the person submitting if they are not the parent or guardian, must also submit the parent or guardian information. Space is provided below for details if this applies to the photo you are submitting.

CONSENT FOR USE OF IMAGES

I give permission for images in which I, my child/ward appear, to be used by MHAA for publication and public relations activities.

In particular, I note that this may include use in print and electronic media, including the internet and official social media platforms. I understand the MHAA will not be accountable should overseas recipients of the images breach Australian privacy laws and that I will not be able to seek redress under the Privacy Act.

I have read and understand this declaration and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of images supplied by me, including disclosure to overseas recipients, as outlined.

I have consulted with the photographer (if other than myself), other persons in this image and the owner of the horse (if other than myself) and have their permission to submit this photo to the MHAA.

I declare that I have the permission of the parent/guardian of any minor appearing in the photo to share the photo publicly and for the purposes stated in this form.
